Larry McAdams

President

Larry McAdams, founder and president of Construction Imaging, continues to lead the company to be the leading Enterprise Content Management provider in the construction industry.


Bradley McAdams

Vice President of Sales

Bradley McAdams provides leadership and coordination in the company's sales and marketing strategy. He is focused on growing and working with the current client base as well as learning overall operations of the entire organization to prepare for future succession of this family-owned company.


Philip Dixon

Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Phil Dixon manages industry partnerships for product development, channel and vendor relationships. His strategic leadership across the organization will allow our company to continue partnering with leading technology partners to provide the industry with the most competitive ECM solutions in the market.


Josh Wright

Vice President of Technology

Josh Wright works closely with customers, partners, internal departments, and the Director of Application Development to create high-quality software for our clients. Josh serves as the technical liaison with current partners and vendors as well as working with the rest of the CI team in evaluating new product and partnership opportunities.


Kathy Hughes-Roy

Vice President of Implementation and Support Services

Kathy Hughes-Roy manages the software implementation, training, and support desk functions at Construction Imaging. Kathy has been able to reduced time required to complete installations, reduced average case dramatically, reduced open caseload by balancing and sharing the work.


Jeremy Taylor

Director of Application Development

Jeremy Taylor works closely with the development team through software design and managing the development processes.


Curt Daniel

Vice President of Operations

Curt Daniel is responsible for vendor relationships, purchasing, and the internal technical operations of Construction Imaging Systems.


Michael Schear

Vice President of Corporate Education, Sales and Marketing Support

Michael Schear focuses on software developed and supported from Construction Imaging and their partners. He also assists employees to increase knowledge of the industry, tools, and software, enabling them to provide a superior level of knowledge and understanding to our clients and the industry. By working with marketing and sales managers, Michael also coordinates marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
