Formatta Electronic Form Capture from Construction Imaging Formatta enables end users to enter, save, and submit information to support any data collection requirement. Licenses are freely distributable ensuring all users, citizens, employees, and constituents have access to easy electronic data capture.

The solution gives users the freedom to work either connected to the network or offline, providing a practical solution to the thousands of workers, citizens, and other users who are not always connected to the network. No client software or plug-ins are required.

With Formatta Filler, users download client software which enables them to fill out, save and submit forms offline, whenever and wherever they work. While working online, Filler enables forms to automatically fill other fields based upon what has already been entered – enabling electronic signing, submission, routing, and other types of interaction. Drop down pick lists travel with the form itself and are enabled whether the user completes the form online or offline.

With Formatta iFiller users can complete and submit forms via the Internet, with no plug-ins or software downloads required. Users can even save work-in-progress from forms they are completing online and come back to it later for completion. They simply save the online form-in-progress to their local computer as a file. When the user gets back online, they can re-launch and complete the form which is rendered by a host server through a web page. iFiller even allows online forms to communicate with back-end databases to populate drop down lists or auto fill other fields based upon what has already been entered.
